On October 15, 2026, CTS H2 hosted an H2READY Academy training day at its headquarters in Brugnera, as part of the European Interreg Italy-Slovenia project, dedicated to training and hands-on experience with hydrogen technologies.
An opportunity to go beyond theory and discover how hydrogen can become a practical solution for the energy transition.
Participants had the opportunity to explore CTS H2's DemoLab H2, a demonstration laboratory that showcases the entire hydrogen value chain: production through electrolysis, storage, energy conversion, oxygen and heat recovery, intelligent control, and integration with renewable energy sources.
The experience was further enriched by a visit to Disenia, a company of the Ideagroup Group, where participants observed an industrial system integrating photovoltaic energy and hydrogen storage to provide backup electricity. A concrete example of how the technologies developed by CTS H2 can be applied in industrial settings.
Technical Training That Creates New Opportunities
The H2READY experience represents a training model that CTS H2 also makes available to businesses, professionals, designers, energy managers, public administrations, and infrastructure operators interested in exploring and evaluating the opportunities offered by hydrogen.
Through dedicated training programs, technical visits, and practical demonstrations, CTS H2 provides participants with the opportunity to acquire knowledge of available technologies, understand their potential, and identify solutions tailored to their specific energy needs.
